Thanks to your support, the Southwest Florida Seminole Club continues to grow and generate support for students from the Southwest Florida area attending Florida State University.

 

Service Scholar Program

Florida State University is now accepting applications for the Service Scholar Program for the 2011-2012 academic year. The purpose of the Service Scholar Program is both to recognize incoming students with an outstanding record of service and leadership and to prepare students to become active citizens and leaders on campus and in their communities after graduation.

Selection to the program, usually limited to 12 freshmen each year, is highly competitive. Service Scholars are awarded a four-year renewable scholarship in the amount of $2,400 annually.
